We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Actuarial Analyst to join their actuarial team. The Actuarial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the pricing, reserving, and product development functions for life and supplemental health insurance products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the development and pricing of life and supplemental health insurance products. Perform data analysis to support product development and profitability assessments. Conduct experience studies, including mortality, morbidity, lapse, and expense analysis. Support the reserving process by calculating reserves and preparing reserve reports. Collaborate with product development, underwriting, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects. Prepare actuarial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the development and maintenance of actuarial models. Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2+ years of applicable actuarial experience. Successful completion of at least 2-3 actuarial exams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with actuarial software and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
