About the role:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Dynamic and growing Executive Benefits Brokerage General Agency seeks a Case Designer to join team. The ideal candidate will be adept at running life insurance illustrations across various product types, including whole life, indexed universal life (IUL), and variable life insurance (VUL). While expertise in Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) is a plus, it is not a requirement. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with advisors, producers, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and executive benefits planning.
Duties and responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and analyze detailed life insurance illustrations using carrier-provided software.
Ensure illustrations are aligned with the client’s financial goals and objectives.
Interpret and communicate illustration results clearly and effectively to advisors and stakeholders.
Collaborate with advisors and producers to design customized solutions for clients.
Develop presentation materials and proposals that articulate plan designs, insurance product features, and strategic recommendations.
Support the design and presentation of executive benefits solutions, including key-person insurance, buy-sell agreements, and deferred compensation plans.
Assist in integrating life insurance products into broader corporate benefit strategies.
Work closely with internal underwriting, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth case implementation.
Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in running life insurance illustrations (whole life, IUL, VUL).
Prior experience in a life insurance brokerage or executive benefits environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SERPs or other executive benefit strategies is a plus but not required.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
Proficient in using carrier illustration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
