We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supplemental Life and Health Sales & Distribution Leader to drive growth and lead sales and distribution efforts across life and supplemental health insurance products. This role is crucial in expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the continued success of Client’s product offerings.
Duties and responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and expand the reach.
Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the business, including establishing and nurturing key relationships with distribution partners, brokers, and agencies.
Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Mentor and develop sales team members.
Experience:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and distribution, with a strong background in life and supplemental health insurance.
Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve high performance.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
