Duties and responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all sales initiatives targeting retail insurance agents.
Craft comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth.
Manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Transition the company to a structured, systematic sales process, ensuring scalability and consistency.
Utilize data and analytics to shape sales strategies, track key metrics, and generate performance reports.
Oversee the SDR team's outreach efforts, build strong relationships with insurance agents and partners, and represent the company at industry events.
Experience:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the insurance or insurtech industry.
Strong relationships within the retail agency and broker community.
Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Expertise in sales processes and methodologies.
Ability to use data and analytics to inform sales strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
