Duties and responsibilities:
You’re not just managing accounts—you’re leading strategy and owning the client experience. You’ll work closely with producers and marketers, but you run point on retention, risk analysis, renewals, and service timelines. You’ll lead the Risk Management Assessment process, identifying coverage gaps and delivering meaningful insights to clients. You’ll help mentor junior team members, reinforcing a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability. Be the primary contact for client service and risk strategy. Deliver proactive insights on coverage gaps, renewals, and pre-renewal planning. Craft marketing submissions and proposals, managing both new and renewal business. Facilitate stewardship meetings, onboarding, and ongoing client engagement.
Experience:
Licensed insurance professional (P&C) with experience across multiple states. Deep knowledge of commercial lines and risk management strategies. Previous experience working with construction accounts. Confident client presenter with outstanding written and verbal communication. Proven ability to lead client conversations, interpret coverages, and deliver clear strategic advice. Skilled in Applied EPIC, Indio, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and organization.
Compensation:
