About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Washington-licensed Insurance Account Manager to
manage a commercial-heavy book of business. This position offers remote flexibility, and Idaho
residents are preferred due to state employment regulations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial lines experience, client relationship skills, and
the drive to deliver superior service and retention results
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage and service existing client accounts with care and professionalism.
Drive retention through proactive relationship management.
Sell and cross-sell personal and small commercial lines policies. (Most new business comes through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling.)
Provide expert guidance on coverage needs and risk solutions.
Utilize technology to streamline client servicing (familiarity with EZLynx is a plus!).
Experience:
Active Washington P&C license required; Idaho residency preferred.
Proven experience handling commercial insurance accounts.
Strong sales, retention, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Compensation:
$70,000-$80,000 base salary plus commission opportunities.
