Are you a motivated, client-focused insurance professional? We’re seeking licensed sales & service insurance professionals with experience in both Personal Lines and Small Commercial Lines to join an established agency in Columbus, GA.

Manage and service an existing book of personal lines and small commercial lines accounts with care and professionalism. Drive retention through proactive relationship management. Sell and cross-sell personal and small commercial lines policies. (Most new business comes through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling.) Provide expert guidance on coverage needs and risk solutions. Utilize technology to streamline client servicing (familiarity with EZLynx is a plus!).

Active Georgia Property & Casualty (P&C) License required 2+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency environment Experience handling both Personal Lines and Small Commercial Lines accounts Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Comfortable working in a small, close-knit office environment with high autonomy Proficiency in agency management systems such as EZLynx, Applied Epic, TAM, or similar platforms
