We are partnering with a growing organization seeking an Account Manager to support its stop loss program by managing the post-bind lifecycle and delivering an exceptional experience for policyholders and partners. Serve as the primary service contact for an assigned stop loss book of business. Manage post-bind policy administration, ensuring all requirements are completed. Handle premium remittance inquiries, claims reimbursement questions. Conduct onboarding calls to create a positive first experience for new policyholders. Establish and maintain policyholder files and account documentation. Coordinate with TPAs and policyholders to ensure accurate and compliant policy administration. Review and distribute policy and account documentation to clients. Partner closely with Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and Program Management to ensure operational alignment.

Detail-oriented, client-focused role and enjoys coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or related discipline. 2+ years of stop loss insurance experience in account management, underwriting, claims, or sales. Experience working with group health benefits or related products. Proficiency with Connexure ELS Office (required). Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
