Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative insurance organization, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its Finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the organization's financial operations by ensuring customer accounts remain accurate, current, and well-managed. Monitor and manage aged accounts receivable while assisting with collection of outstanding balances. Review and process cancellation requests and return premium refunds. Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies and recommend resolutions. Prepare, post, verify, and reconcile customer payments and accounts receivable transactions. Perform research and data entry across multiple business and accounting systems. Collaborate with Finance and other departments to resolve payment issues and improve workflows. Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Billing, or Finance. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial transactions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to quickly learn new accounting and business software platforms. Team-oriented approach with a willingness to assist others when needed.

$65,000 to $75,000. Bonus 5-15%
