Auto insurance organization is seeking an Agency Licensing Manager to lead and elevate its licensing and compliance operations. As Agency Licensing Manager, you’ll lead a talented team responsible for ensuring that every agency and producer partner is properly licensed, compliant, and ready to drive business forward. Building and overseeing a best-in-class licensing operation that supports sales and distribution growth across multiple states. Leading and developing a high-performing licensing team, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted liaison between regulatory agencies, internal departments, and external distribution partners to resolve complex issues and maintain full compliance. Leveraging technology, data, and process innovation to streamline licensing operations and scale for future expansion.

5–7+ years of agency licensing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility. Proven success managing multi-state producer and agency licensing operations in a complex insurance environment. Strong understanding of insurance distribution, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Experience with licensing databases, CRM systems, and data-driven reporting tools. Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence outcomes across departments and senior leadership. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
