They're seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer who is passionate about large language models, intelligent agents, and autonomous decision-making to help architect the next generation of AI-powered insurance solutions.

You’ll design and build intelligent AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex insurance workflows with minimal human intervention. Architect and develop sophisticated multi-agent AI systems using modern LLM technologies. Design autonomous workflows that leverage advanced reasoning, planning, and decision-making. Build scalable AI architectures utilizing vector databases, embeddings, orchestration frameworks. Develop robust observability, monitoring, and performance analytics for autonomous AI systems. Create comprehensive testing strategies for complex multi-agent environments. Establish governance, explainability, and compliance frameworks. Help shape the long-term AI strategy of a rapidly growing insurance platform.

6+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience building AI-driven applications. Deep expertise with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable technologies. Strong programming experience with Python, TypeScript, and modern cloud-based application development. Experience designing autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent coordination, function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI workflow orchestration. Passion for solving complex business problems through intelligent automation.
