We are working with a growing non-standard auto insurance organization seeking an experienced Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims involving attorney-represented claimants. This individual will manage claims from initial investigation through negotiation and settlement while evaluating coverage, liability, and damages.

- Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and comparative negligence. - Manage attorney-represented bodily injury claims from investigation through resolution. - Review and document claim activity, correspondence, negotiations, and settlements. - Negotiate fair and timely settlements within assigned authority. - Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, witnesses, and other carriers. - Identify coverage concerns and escalate complex claims when appropriate. - Ensure accurate and timely claim payments while following regulatory and internal guidelines.

- Current Texas Resident Adjuster License required. - 4-6 years of personal auto bodily injury liability claims adjusting experience. - Experience handling attorney-represented claims required. - Strong understanding of comparative negligence and liability evaluation. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and claims investigation skills. - Ability to independently manage a claims inventory and meet performance goals. - Experience with automated claims systems and Microsoft Office. - Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
