We are working with a benefits organization seeking licensed Call Center Benefits Enrollers for a temporary, fully remote 1099 contract. Enrollers will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist employees with benefit elections, and offer voluntary worksite products during open enrollment.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with employees during benefits enrollment. Guide employees through benefit options and complete elections within BenAdmin systems. Enroll employees in medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, disability, life, and voluntary benefits. Educate employees on available worksite products, including Accident, Critical Illness, Cancer, Universal Life, and Whole Life with LTC. Navigate multiple client platforms and enrollment systems simultaneously. Maintain professional communication while working independently in a remote call center environment. Participate in required paid training and simulation calls before transitioning to live calls.

- LTC certification and $1 million E&O coverage required. - Previous employee benefits/enrollment experience. - Experience with BenAdmin platforms such as Workday, Employee Navigator, ADP, Selerix, Paycom, Paylocity, or similar. - Must work 5 days/week and 40 hours/week from October 19 – November 17. - Must provide personal computer/equipment and high-speed internet. - Must reside and work remotely within the U.S.

$25/hr - $45/hr+ $5 per call when a worksite product is sold. Paid training provided. Temporary 1099 contract through November 25; no employee benefits or overtime premium.
