What You’ll Do As a Claims Adjuster, you will manage investigations, evaluations, and negotiations from first notice through resolution. You’ll balance technical accuracy with empathy, ensuring fair outcomes while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims to equitable resolution. Interpreting policy contracts and applying coverage accurately. Managing communications with policyholders, attorneys, law enforcement, and other stakeholders. Identifying subrogation opportunities and mitigating claim costs. Maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-documented claim files. Escalating complex matters appropriately. Contributing to process improvements and department-wide initiatives.

Oklahoma Adjuster License (or ability to obtain within 60 days). Prior bodily injury claims adjusting experience. Strong coverage analysis and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and customer service abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. High integrity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

$60,000 to $75,000. Bonus. Also quarterly bonus. Comprehensive benefits package.
