Investigate and evaluate bodily injury claims arising from auto accidents and related incidents. Review accident reports, medical records, and legal documents to determine liability and coverage. Communicate effectively with claimants, attorneys, and medical professionals. Negotiate and settle claims fairly, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations. Document and report claim activity accurately, providing updates to management. Deliver excellent customer service while navigating challenging or high-pressure situations.

5+ years of auto insurance claims experience. 2+ years of bodily injury claims handling experience. Strong knowledge of auto coverage, liability, and bodily injury claims. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Insurance adjuster license preferred.
