An established and highly respected property & casualty insurance organization is seeking an experienced Casualty Claims Adjuster to manage complex, attorney-represented bodily injury claims involving Personal Auto and Homeowners Liability.

Manage a complex caseload of direct and attorney-represented bodily injury claims involving personal auto and homeowners liability. Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and overall claim exposure. Develop and execute effective claim strategies, including appropriate settlement recommendations and resolution plans. Negotiate directly with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to achieve timely and cost-effective resolutions. Evaluate settlement demands and ensure responses are handled within established timelines and company guidelines.

At least 3 years of experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims. Experience evaluating liability, coverage, damages, and settlement exposure. Strong negotiation, investigation, and analytical skills. Ability to independently manage complex claims and make well-reasoned decisions.
