Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and grow relationships with retail agencies, brokers, and producers nationwide. Prospect, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners. Drive profitable new business growth and renewal retention. Deliver compelling sales presentations to agency principals, marketing leaders, and producers. Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to help shape future product strategy. Help build scalable sales processes, tools, and best practices as the organization continues to grow. Play a key role in establishing and expanding a national distribution network.
Experience:
Experience selling insurance products through independent agents and brokers. Strong business development, distribution, or agency relationship management experience. Recreational marine insurance experience highly preferred. Proven track record generating new business and exceeding sales goals. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Property & Casualty license required.
Compensation:
Base $120k to $150k, unlimited variable, benefits
