Someone who is comfortable setting strategy in the morning, discussing reinsurance in the afternoon, working with regulators, reviewing financial results, supporting employees, helping solve operational challenges, and doing whatever else needs to be done to move the business forward. Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, CEO Incentive Bonus Program, Employee Profit Sharing, 401(k) with Company Match, Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, HSA Program
