About the role:
A well-respected Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance carrier in the Salt Lake City area is creating a Claims Systems Implementation Analyst role to support the adoption of a new enterprise claims management platform. This is a newly created position and a rare opportunity to play a hands-on role in modernizing claims operations—from implementation through long-term optimization—while partnering closely with Claims leadership, IT, and an external software vendor. As the organization transitions to a new claims management system, this role will serve as a key bridge between claims operations, technology, and the vendor. The Claims Systems Implementation Analyst will help define processes, guide system configuration, support rollout, and ensure the platform is adopted successfully by claims teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
Support the implementation and rollout of a new claims management system. Partner with internal stakeholders to define and document claims workflows and system requirements. Assist with system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across claims operations. Serve as a primary liaison with the claims system vendor. Coordinate issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements. Work closely with Claims, IT, and leadership to align system capabilities with business needs. Support day-to-day operation of the claims management platform. Assist with system updates, enhancements, and reporting needs. Help develop training materials and support claims staff adoption.
Experience:
Experience in claims operations within a Personal Lines P&C insurance carrier. Exposure to claims system implementation or major system upgrades strongly preferred. Previous experience with Snapsheet ideal. Strong understanding of claims workflows and processes. Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven. Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements.
Compensation:
$90,000 + $120,000 10% bonus. 401k, Pension Plan, Competitive benefits
