Our client is expanding across the western U.S., and we’re looking for a Claims Training & Compliance Manager for their Commercial Claims unit to lead the evolution of their claims operations. Duties and responsibilities:
Shape and lead all claims training and quality programs. Deliver learning solutions that upskill teams and elevate claims performance. Monitor and interpret evolving state regs and industry changes. Drive process improvement and data-backed performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally to create a modern, efficient claims experience. Stay at the forefront of commercial claims best practices.
Experience:
7+ years of commercial claims experience. A natural communicator and trainer who makes complex topics simple. Proactive, analytical, and skilled at aligning processes with strategy. Tech-savvy and familiar with data systems and performance tools. Passionate about compliance, claims excellence, and mentoring others. Degree in business or related field; industry designations a plus.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $135,000. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, company paid life insurance, 401K with a generous 6% employer match and additional benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program and time off to volunteer. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year.
