Underwrite and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial auto, physical damage, motor truck cargo, and excess liability policies. Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage suitability using both traditional indicators and proprietary tech tools. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and actuarial teams to deliver smarter, faster, more accurate decisions. Build and nurture relationships with retail agents and trucking clients who value innovation and service. Contribute directly to product development, pricing strategy, and underwriting guidelines.

3–10+ years of underwriting experience —trained on the carrier side, with recent MGA experience acceptable. Strong technical knowledge of commercial auto/trucking, including truck physical damage, cargo, and excess liability. Confident decision-making abilities, strong analytical skills, and a builder’s mindset. Experience with mid- to large-sized risks in for-hire trucking fleets is ideal. Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative, technology-driven environment.
