Identify and engage prospective clients within construction and real estate development through cold outreach, networking, and industry events. Build and manage a strong pipeline while converting qualified leads into long-term relationships. Present customized insurance solutions and proposals aligned with client operations and coverage requirements. Promote brand visibility through trade shows, association events, and targeted outreach. Track activity and pipeline progress within a CRM system.

3+ years’ experience in commercial insurance sales or B2B business development. Strong working knowledge of GL, WC, Auto, and Builder’s Risk. Proven success generating leads and closing new business. Self-driven, “hunter” mentality with the ability to work autonomously. Background working with construction, real estate, or development clients.
