Our client, a highly respected and growing independent insurance brokerage, is seeking an Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its collaborative commercial insurance team. Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up. Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention and maintain strong client relationships. Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed and maintain Accounts Receivable and Billing. Prepare insurance applications, marketing submissions, supplemental forms, and renewal documentation. Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, audits, and other policy servicing requests. Review policies and coverage documents for accuracy prior to delivery. Coordinate renewal timelines and assist in gathering information from clients and insurance carriers.

3-5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance agency or brokerage experience. Experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator, or similar client service role. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain.

$90,000 to $120,000, bonus, profit sharing, 100% employer paid medical for employees
