Our client, a highly respected and growing independent insurance brokerage, is seeking an Associate Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its collaborative commercial insurance team. Support Commercial Lines Account Managers throughout the account lifecycle, including new business, renewals, and ongoing client service. Prepare insurance applications, marketing submissions, supplemental forms, and renewal documentation. Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, audits, and other policy servicing requests. Review policies and coverage documents for accuracy prior to delivery. Coordinate renewal timelines and assist in gathering information from clients and insurance carriers. Respond to client, carrier, and internal service requests in a professional and timely manner.

1-5 years of Commercial Lines insurance agency or brokerage experience. Experience as an Assistant Account Manager, Account Coordinator, or similar client service role is highly desirable. Exposure to Professional Lines products such as D&O, E&O, EPL, Cyber, Fiduciary, Crime, or related coverages is a strong plus. Experience supporting Technology, Life Sciences, or other professional services clients is beneficial but not required. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain.

$60,000 to 70,000, bonus, profit sharing, 100% employer paid medical for employees
