About the role:
A growing organization is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Claims professional to take ownership of Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, and Workers’ Compensation claims operations while serving as a true internal claims advocate and strategic partner across the business. What makes this opportunity unique is the level of ownership and visibility involved. This individual will not simply push files through a process — they will become the central point of coordination, communication, and advocacy throughout the lifecycle of a claim. You’ll work directly with injured employees, TPAs, attorneys, safety leadership, finance, managers, and operational teams to help navigate claims, control costs, improve outcomes, and support employees through the process.
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage oversight of Auto Liability, Physical Damage, and Workers’ Compensation claims Serve as liaison between injured employees and TPAs handling Workers’ Compensation claims Advocate for injured employees and assist with return-to-work coordination Maintain ongoing communication with injured employees throughout medical treatment Identify reserve trends, claim developments, and exposure concerns Partner with Safety, Finance, leadership, TPAs, and legal counsel on claim strategy and reporting Maintain incident tracking, injury reporting, and claims documentation processes Participate in claims reviews and strategy discussions with internal stakeholders and attorneys Build relationships with operational teams and field leadership
Experience:
5+ years of claims management, brokerage claims advocacy, TPA oversight, or carrier claims experience Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and Auto Physical Damage claims Excellent communication and relationship management skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Someone comfortable balancing empathy, advocacy, and operational accountability Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments
Compensation:
$85,000-$110,000. Comprehensive benefits package.
