We are seeking a seasoned claims professional who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and making a real impact. In this highly visible role, you will lead all aspects of liability claims management. In addition, this individual will serve as the liaison between injured employees and the TPA handling those work comp claims. Managing that relationship as well as serving as an advocate to injured workers.

Oversee claims assigned to adjusters and manage oversight of internally handled claims to closure. Work closely with claimants to control costs and resolve claims efficiently and fairly. Identify reserve changes, trends, risks, and provide insights to leadership. Work with Finance to ensure accurate reserves, costs, and subrogation activity. Help Safety ensure proper reporting, documentation, and compliance. Maintain weekly communication with injured employees under medical care. Oversee WC claims managed by TPAs. Serving as an advocate to injured workers getting them back to work. Lead claims reviews with internal teams and counsel.

5+ years of claims management experience. Strong understanding of auto liability, auto physical damage and workers compensation. Exceptional communication skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
