Build and manage relationships with retail and wholesale agency partners. Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory. Travel regularly for agency visits, networking, and market development. Evaluate and underwrite commercial risks across P&C lines with a focus on profitability. Position products effectively and communicate underwriting appetite clearly. Partner internally to ensure strong execution from submission through bind.

Commercial P&C underwriting experience with a production mindset. Proven ability or strong desire to generate new business through relationships. Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel. Strong communication skills and market presence. Knowledge of the Southeastern insurance marketplace preferred.
