Manage and grow relationships with independent agency partners throughout Ohio. Evaluate and underwrite Middle Market Commercial accounts across a variety of industries. Partner closely with agencies to drive profitable new business growth. Serve as a trusted underwriting resource and market representative within your territory. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Claims, and Loss Control teams to support agency success. Balance production goals with disciplined underwriting and profitability objectives.

Commercial Lines underwriting experience, preferably within Middle Market business. Strong agency relationship management and business development skills. Proven ability to evaluate risk while driving profitable growth. Knowledge of commercial coverages, pricing, and underwriting principles. CPCU, AU, or other insurance designations are a plus.

$105k-$120k Bonus potential of up to 11%. Robust employee benefits.
