Underwrite and evaluate commercial risks across admitted and non-admitted products. Review underwriting referrals and make timely, profitable decisions. Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to improve underwriting processes and customer experience. Build strong relationships with independent agents through responsive, consultative service. Assist with policy transactions, endorsements, audits, and underwriting documentation. Help enhance underwriting workflows, quality control, and operational efficiencies. Contribute ideas as new products, technology, and underwriting capabilities continue to evolve.

3+ years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience Experience underwriting small business risks, particularly Hospitality and Restaurant accounts Strong technical underwriting and risk assessment skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with agency partners Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, technology-enabled environment Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and sound underwriting judgment
