Handle complex commercial property claims from start to resolution. Investigate, assess, and resolve losses involving structures, ordinance & law applications, and business income losses. Deliver exceptional service to insureds, vendors, and internal partners with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Interpret and apply coverage, handle commercial condo and Lessor’s Risk exposures, and oversee vendor assignments. Operate in a hybrid/remote model based on your location and experience.

10+ years of commercial property claims handling. Deep knowledge of commercial construction systems and business interruption coverage. Strong track record interpreting complex coverage issues and managing large-loss files. Proficiency in estimating systems (Symbility preferred). Experience with Homeowner and Condo Association policies ideal. Inland marine claims (Contractor’s Equipment) ideal. Commercial condo claims experience ideal.

$80,000 to $115,000. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, company paid life insurance, 401K with a generous 6% employer match and additional benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program and time off to volunteer. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year.
