Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide post-sales and service support for existing insurance clients. This position is based in Circle Pines, Minnesota, offering a hybrid schedule — remote on Mondays and in-office Tuesday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. While a current insurance license is preferred, we are open to candidates who are willing to become licensed.

Provide post-sales support and handle service-related inquiries for existing customers. Manage policies, including renewals and cancellations. If licensed, bind new coverages and assist with policy changes. Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and maintaining records. Collaborate with the agency team to ensure timely and accurate client service.

Current insurance license preferred (02-20, 04-40, or equivalent). Open to candidates willing to obtain licensing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior customer service or insurance experience is a plus.

Licensed CSR: $35,000–$42,000 annually Unlicensed CSR: $30,000–$32,000 annually (with opportunity to become licensed) Hybrid schedule with remote flexibility on Mondays and a collaborative office culture in Circle Pines, MN.
