A respected national insurance organization serving the Property & Casualty residual market is seeking a seasoned insurance leader to oversee Policy Products & Plan Services operations. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a professional with deep expertise in automobile insurance products, state filings, regulatory compliance, and underwriting operations who enjoys product strategy, regulation, and operational execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence insurance programs on a national scale while partnering closely with regulators, internal leadership, and industry committees.

Lead strategy and oversight for policy products, rating rules, underwriting standards, forms, endorsements, and manuals related to automobile residual market programs. Direct state regulatory filings and approval processes, including forms, rules, endorsements, and underwriting-related submissions. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess operational and product impact. Serve as primary liaison with State Insurance Departments, negotiating filings and resolving complex regulatory matters. Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, IT, legal, compliance, and operations teams to support product implementation and operational execution. Oversee state-specific requirements, system configurations, procedures, controls, and quality initiatives.

10+ years of insurance industry experience with strong exposure to product development, state filings, underwriting operations, or regulatory compliance. Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives. Deep understanding of automobile insurance products, rating, underwriting, and regulatory environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with regulators and industry stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a detail-oriented, committee-driven environment.
