About the role:
We are working with an established insurance brokerage seeking an Employee Benefits Client
Manager II to join its growing benefits team. This individual will manage a book of clients
while partnering with Risk Advisors on renewals, marketing, enrollment, and ongoing service.
The exact book and responsibilities will be tailored to the individual’s experience and strengths.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Manage new business and renewal processes, including submissions, proposals, and
negotiations.
● Develop marketing strategies with Risk Advisors and carrier partners.
● Prepare benefit comparisons, presentations, and client proposals.
● Conduct open enrollment meetings and coordinate enrollment activities.
● Handle claims, billing, COBRA, and coverage-related inquiries.
● Maintain accurate client and policy information within EPIC.
● Build strong, proactive relationships with clients and carriers.
Experience:
● 5+ years of Employee Benefits experience.
● Current California Life & Health Insurance License.
● Bachelor’s degree.
● Strong benefits account management and renewal experience.
● Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
● Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $115,000
