About the role:
An emerging insurance platform—leveraging enterprise analytics technology—seeks a co-founder who will act as the public face and strategic architect of business development. Your mission: build market traction using deep C-Suite relationships within commercial lines insurance.
Duties and responsibilities:
Equity-First Partnership: No salary at start, meaningful equity for a shared vision; base salary begins mid-2026. Business Growth Through Networks: Tap your executive-level relationships across carriers, MGAs, and brokers to drive outbound outreach. Leverage Analytics Power: Use advanced, customizable dashboards and scorecards to position solutions around productivity, loss ratio management, and portfolio intelligence. Early Role, Lasting Impact: Shape go-to-market strategy, influence company vision, and pave the way toward eventual CEO/President role.
Experience:
Proven track record with commercial lines insurance—well-versed in underwriting, claims, agent distribution, or enterprise partnerships. Deep technical understanding of insurance operations, performance metrics, and platform-driven analytics. Established executive network with decision-makers at carriers, MGAs, brokers, or distribution channels. Strategic communicator who can confidently pitch digital analytics solutions that enhance portfolio performance. Agile, growth mindset—and ready to build alongside a founder mindset environment.
