We are working with a large organization undertaking a significant enterprise systems modernization and data integration initiative and looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help drive the effort. This is not a traditional requirements-gathering role. You’ll work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, data, process improvement, and application modernization, partnering with executives, business leaders, IT teams, system owners, developers, and subject matter experts.

Translate complex business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation. Analyze and redesign business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Work with stakeholders to identify problems, research alternatives, analyze data, and recommend practical solutions. Help drive modernization of complex legacy systems and reduce inefficient system dependencies and manual workarounds. Work within an Agile delivery environment, helping teams prioritize work and deliver measurable business value. Support requirements through the full SDLC — from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and measuring effectiveness.

8+ years working with large, complex IT systems. 8+ years gathering requirements, writing user stories and design documents, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating business/technology teams. Strong SDLC and systems development methodology experience. 6+ years in Agile environments. Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, VSTS, Jira, RTC, or similar ALM tools. Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or relational databases. Experience with process mapping, facilitation, data analysis, and business process improvement. Understanding of data modeling, information management, and/or architecture concepts. Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
