A rapidly growing, A+ rated property & casualty insurance carrier is seeking experienced Casualty Claims Operations Manager to oversee and elevate auto casualty claims handling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in guiding teams, improving processes, and ensuring best-in-class claims performance.

Lead and manage the end-to-end casualty claims operation, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions. Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of adjusters and support staff, fostering accountability and performance. Implement process improvements and best practices to drive efficiency and mitigate loss exposure. Monitor high-severity claims and litigation, ensuring effective risk management. Deliver key performance insights to senior leadership through reporting and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Claims, Underwriting, and Finance to support business goals. Design and scale operational structures to support ongoing company growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field (advanced degree a plus). 7+ years of casualty claims management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in auto claims; non-standard auto expertise is highly valued. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to analyze complex claims issues and drive practical, results-oriented solutions.
