Develop and strengthen relationships with independent agents and agency partners. Drive new business production through regular agency engagement and travel. Represent underwriting appetite and help position solutions in the market. Evaluate risks and make sound underwriting decisions aligned with profitability goals. Identify growth opportunities and expand presence within your territory. Serve as a key liaison between agents and internal teams.

Personal Lines underwriting experience with an interest in production and relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and build trust with agents. Self-starter who thrives in a field-based, growth-oriented role. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeastern U.S. Market knowledge and agency relationships a plus.
