Own and grow a Personal Lines property book with clear profitability targets. Serve as the go-to technical expert on complex risks, carrier appetite, and rating. Guide and mentor the team while handling referrals and overflow underwriting. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results. Help expand product offerings and strengthen carrier relationships. Ensure underwriting integrity by auditing systems, rating logic, and workflows.

6–7+ years of underwriting experience with a strong, stable track record. Background from an MGA environment preferred (agency experience also considered). Deep understanding of risk selection, pricing, and underwriting tools. A sales-minded underwriter who knows how to balance growth + profitability. Ability to operate both strategically and in the details within a tech-driven environment. Designations like CPCU, CIC, or ASLI are a plu.

$90,000 to $110,000, competitive benefits
