Lead product development across coverage design, underwriting guidelines, pricing considerations, and policy forms. Drive and support state filings. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, profitability, and customer needs to inform product strategy. Partner with underwriting, actuarial, and compliance to align pricing, segmentation, and coverage structure. Collaborate with operations, claims, billing, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor post-launch performance and recommend enhancements to improve growth, profitability, and customer experience.

7+ years of experience in coastal homeowners product management, underwriting, actuarial support. Strong understanding of product structure, rating, forms, rules, and filing processes. Experience with regulatory filings and multi-state compliance. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Effective communicator who can collaborate and influence across teams.
