We are partnering with a growing insurance organization seeking a detail-oriented Program Support professional to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build deeper expertise in insurance programs, captive operations, risk management, and client service while working closely with brokers, program managers, members, and insurance partners.

Review and prepare new business, renewal, and audit submissions. Work directly with brokers and other stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete information. Ensure submission information is accurate, complete, and delivered within required service levels. Support captive premium invoicing and related documentation. Maintain accurate information across internal systems and CRM platforms. Provide responsive, professional service to clients, brokers, fronting companies, and service providers. Partner closely with Program Management and Captive Support teams to keep deadlines and deliverables on track. Analyze information, identify issues, and use sound judgment to resolve problems.

2+ years of insurance industry experience. Strong Microsoft Office and overall technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Comfortable working independently while keeping teammates informed. A genuine curiosity about insurance and risk management. Customer-service mindset and a positive, team-oriented approach.
