Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers and Associate Program Managers. Serve as an escalation point for complex captive and program-related issues. Ensure service standards, recurring activities, premium reconciliation, collections, and other operational requirements are consistently maintained. Partner with leadership to improve processes, communication, and overall operational effectiveness. Help drive enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic Program Management priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in casualty insurance, captive management, program management, or related business operations. Demonstrated progression in responsibility and a track record of strong performance. Previous experience leading people, mentoring others, or driving initiatives. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A leadership style centered on accountability, collaboration, coaching, and employee development.
