About the role:
We are working with an established commercial insurance brokerage seeking a Property &
Casualty Client Manager I to support a growing client service team. There is flexibility around
where this individual will sit based on experience and business needs, with potential exposure to
Real Estate and Professional Liability accounts or broader support across teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Manage commercial P&C accounts throughout the policy lifecycle.
● Support new business and renewal processes, including submissions and proposals.
● Identify exposures and assist clients with appropriate coverage solutions.
● Work with carriers and underwriters to negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
● Assist with contract reviews, claims, risk control, and account servicing.
● Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
● Support and provide guidance to other members of the client service team.
Experience:
● 5+ years of commercial P&C client management experience.
● Current California Insurance License.
● Real Estate and/or Professional Liability experience preferred.
● Strong commercial insurance and account servicing knowledge.
● Proficiency with standard PC applications.
● Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
Compensation:
$80,000 – $95,000
