About the role:
We are working with an established commercial insurance brokerage seeking a Property &
Casualty Client Manager II to join a team dedicated to a Construction-focused book of
business. This individual will work alongside two Client Managers and a Client Administrator to
manage client relationships, renewals, coverage needs, and carrier negotiations. Construction
experience would be ideal but is not required.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Manage new business and renewal processes for commercial P&C accounts.
● Identify client exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
● Prepare carrier submissions, proposals, and negotiate coverage and pricing.
● Partner with underwriters, Risk Advisors, and Risk Control on client needs.
● Conduct contract and lease reviews for insurance and risk requirements.
● Maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
● Provide technical guidance and support to other client service team members.
Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS
● 5+ years of commercial P&C client management experience.
● Current California Insurance License.
● Construction insurance experience preferred but not required.
● Industry designations preferred.
● Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, renewals, and account servicing.
● Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $115,000
