We are working with an established commercial insurance brokerage seeking a Property & Casualty Senior Client Administrator to provide high-level account support across its commercial insurance teams. Depending on experience and business needs, this individual may serve as a floater supporting various teams or work more closely with teams focused on Real Estate and Professional Liability.

Handle account servicing needs including certificates, binders, endorsements, invoicing, audits, claims, and policy changes. Assist Client Managers with new business and renewal processes. Review insurance requirements and help obtain necessary coverage quotes. Prepare renewal surveys, proposals, applications, and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate policy information within agency management systems. Train and mentor Client Administrators and provide ongoing technical support. Deliver timely, high-quality service to clients and internal team members.

2+ years of commercial P&C Client Administrator experience. Current California Insurance License. Real Estate and/or Professional Liability experience preferred. Strong understanding of commercial insurance account servicing. Proficiency with PC applications and agency management systems. Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
