We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Leader to spearhead growth and lead the launch of our client’s Des Moines regional office. Duties and responsibilities:
Lead with Vision: Execute and scale the employee benefits strategy in a new regional market, translating vision into tangible results. Build and Win: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of sales executives. Join them in the field to close business and build trust. Drive Growth: Lead go-to-market sales strategy and deliver measurable revenue growth through targeted client acquisition and retention. Deliver Excellence: Ensure client satisfaction through a best-in-class service model and strong carrier partnerships. Manage Profitability: Own the P&L — track office performance, align sales efforts with cross-sell opportunities, and drive bottom-line success.
Experience:
5+ years of proven sales leadership in the employee benefits insurance sector. Demonstrated success in building, managing, and mentoring sales teams. Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits products, client service standards, and competitive strategy. A natural collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strategic thinker who thrives in a growth-focused, performance-driven culture.
