A fast-growing, tech-enabled specialty insurance organization is expanding nationally and looking for entrepreneurial Regional Sales Managers to help drive agency growth, market expansion, and submission production across key territories. Duties and responsibilities:
Own and grow agency relationships across your territory. Drive submission growth and increase agency engagement. Lead onboarding, activation, and long-term agency development strategies. Conduct strategic, data-driven performance conversations with agency partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, service, and marketing teams. Represent the organization at industry meetings, agency visits, and events. Operate with true territory ownership and entrepreneurial flexibility.
Experience:
Commercial insurance sales, territory management, or distribution experience. Background working with independent agents, MGAs, wholesalers, or specialty markets. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Creative, strategic mindset with strong business development instincts. Comfortable with travel and face-to-face agency engagement.
Compensation:
$160 to 180K OTE
