Lead growth for client’s worksite product portfolio by developing a strong network of producers, brokers, agents, and enrollment partners across your territory. Recruit, develop, and manage productive producer relationships. Support field distribution with responsiveness, service coordination, and strategic guidance. Monitor performance metrics and consistently exceed sales goals. Respond to inquiries and ensure producers get the information and support they need. Coordinate contracting and appointments. Consult on product and enrollment strategies with distribution partners. Deliver polished, professional product presentations. Train producers using approved marketing content

4–8+ years in a carrier representative role with a worksite-focused carrier. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience presenting to groups and influencing at all levels. $70,000(base) + commissions, 1st year guarantee $150k and comprehensive benefits.
