Our client, a financially strong and highly respected specialty Property & Casualty insurance organization, is seeking an experienced Risk Management Actuary (FCAS) to join its actuarial leadership team. Rather than focusing on a single actuarial discipline, this role provides broad enterprise visibility and the opportunity to influence critical business decisions that drive profitable, long-term growth.

Lead enterprise risk analyses supporting portfolio management, underwriting performance, and financial stability. Prepare, and analyze reinsurance submission data supporting treaty renewals & strategic risk transfer decisions. Evaluate reinsurance structures, retentions, attachment points, and limits. Monitor portfolio performance, premium adequacy, concentration exposures, catastrophe risk, and emerging loss trends. Conduct pricing and rate indication analyses supporting profitable underwriting decisions. Design dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting that improve enterprise risk visibility and executive decision-making.

FCAS designation required. 10+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience. Strong background in enterprise risk management, commercial insurance, pricing, catastrophe modeling, and/or reinsurance analytics. Experience supporting treaty renewals and reinsurance program analysis. Strong SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization skills. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence cross-functional business partners.
