A well-established property & casualty insurance organization is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join its Product Development & Actuarial team. This role offers the opportunity to work on rate development, reserving, predictive modeling, and product strategy across both Personal and Commercial Lines. Develop competitive and profitable rates across P&C products. Build and maintain actuarially sound pricing models for personal and commercial lines. Design and maintain competitive market models for property & casualty products. Support reserving analysis by evaluating historical claims data. Perform loss, LAE, and salvage/subrogation reserve studies. Partner with product management, underwriting, and data science teams on cross-functional initiatives. Contribute to predictive modeling initiatives for personal lines. Support corporate forecasting, budgeting, and strategic modeling. Ensure rating rules and manuals comply with regulatory and Bureau of Insurance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline. 5+ years of actuarial experience supporting rate reviews for Personal and/or Commercial Lines. 3+ Casualty Actuarial Society exams. Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations. SQL querying and data extraction experience. Experience supporting rate reviews or reserving at a P&C carrier. Exposure to auto or homeowners product development.

$120,000 to $130,000 + 7% bonus
