About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within a mission-driven financial services organization. This individual will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, data mapping, and solution design while partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to support strategic initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions. Perform data analysis, data mapping, and gap analysis. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Partner with developers and architects to design effective solutions. Create process flows, reports, and supporting documentation. Support project planning, testing, system enhancements, and issue resolution. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Experience:
7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. Experience supporting Finance functions and SAP S/4HANA environments. Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills. Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Tableau or other data visualization tools. CCBA, CBAP, or related Business Analysis certifications.
