We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance HR technology solutions, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central. This role will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, perform data analysis, and deliver technology solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Evaluate business processes and recommend system improvements. Perform data analysis, mapping, and reporting to support business initiatives. Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement solutions. Conduct gap analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications. Support system enhancements, vendor releases, and process improvements. Participate in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project environments. Provide technical guidance and support for issue resolution.

7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience supporting HRIS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central). Strong business requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling experience. Hands-on experience with data analysis, data mapping, reporting, and visualization. Intermediate to advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze enterprise data. Understanding of REST and SOAP web services, APIs, and enterprise system integrations. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid software development methodologies. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. CCBA or CBAP certification preferred.
