We are working on a Senior CRM Engineer opportunity with an established organization looking for someone who can take ownership of complex CRM development while partnering directly with business and technology teams to build smarter, more efficient solutions. This is more than a traditional CRM development role. You’ll have the opportunity to design and build PowerApps, automate business processes, develop custom Dynamics 365 functionality, and help shape the future of the organization’s CRM environment.

Design, develop, test, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 / PowerApps solutions. Build Power Automate flows and process-driven applications. Develop custom features and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics. Create proofs of concept to evaluate new functionality and technology. Partner with business stakeholders to modernize processes through automation and Power Platform. Work with architecture, UX, and development teams on enterprise solutions. Leverage Dataverse, APIs, custom connectors, Azure, Power BI, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem

6+ years of hands-on CRM experience. 8+ years of overall IT experience. 3+ years building PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow-driven applications. Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM and Power Platform experience. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service. .NET development experience. Experience with CRM integrations and APIs/custom connectors. Exposure to Azure and Power BI. Strong UI design and PowerApps entity development skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
